Night to remember at the Strand Hotel

The Strand Hotel was formerly owned by Aviet and Tigran Sarkies, two of the brothers who are the famous owners of Raffles Hotel Singapore and the Eastern & Oriental Hotel in Penang. The Strand opened its Doors in 1901. It is one of the most prestigious hotels in Southeast Asia so the obvious choice for the Bailliage to hold its second dinner in this amazing establishment.

Executive Chef Christian Martena created a menu that featured fine quality ingredients from around the world. We started with pre-dinner cocktails at the Colonial Sarkies Bar, where pass-around canapés were paired with Champagne and wines.
